What to Expect Our Bay of Fundy Experience is an immersive, one-of-a-kind experience designed to feed your soul (and appetite!), pamper you into the best sleep of your life, and give you a front-row seat to one of nature’s greatest shows on earth. Here’s a little of what you can expect at the Beach Street Inn during your Bay of Fundy holiday. Day one: Arrive Welcome Libations When you check in, sit back and enjoy a complimentary Bay of Fundy Cocktail (or mocktail) in Henry’s Bar because it wouldn’t be a holiday if we didn’t ring the bell at four for a little pre-dinner beverage.
Dinner at Periwinkles
Enjoy dinner on your own*, in your own time on your first night. Our restaurant is a seafood lover’s haven. Enjoy bacon-wrapped local scallops, PEI mussels, oysters, and salmon. Or savour our mouth-watering tenderloin—no knife needed! House made pasta sauces and vegan options available as well. All come with farm to table vegetables. Rest & Relaxation
R & R Once you head to your room and flop down to take a rest, you’ll discover that you’ve received our special upgraded bed experience, available only to Bay of Fundy Experience visitors. Sink in and enjoy our very top-of-the-line Beautyrest beds, (fashioned after Westin Hotels Heavenly beds) and enjoy the best rest of your life as the waves roll in just beyond your window. Day Two: Explore Breakfast at Periwinkles Enjoy a leisurely breakfast at Periwinkles Restaurant (link to restaurant page that opens in a new tab) overlooking the ocean and soak up the ambience while sipping our locally roasted Bay of Fundy coffee.

At breakfast every morning, over a cup of coffee, we love to help our guests design the perfect day. We’ll provide you with your Bay of Fundy Passport and share our suggestions on how to get all your passport stamps by the time you leave! To help you fill up your passport, we’ll provide complimentary tickets to the Quaco Museum and the Fundy Trail Parkway. We make sure you are all set to start your Bay of Fundy adventure. Stories from the Sea For guests who choose our Bay of Fundy Experience, we’ve created an exclusive program that brings together a little maritime lore, music, food and fire on the breathtaking cliffs of St. Martins. This activity is a unique guided experience by an experienced local lobster fisherman who will share the stories of our maritime past as you taste, smell, and immerse yourself in this special Bay of Fundy activity. *You can choose to do the guided cliff walk activity on any day during your stay as long as we know in advance what your preference is. Bay of Fundy Feast Bay of Fundy Feast is an exclusive dining experience that offers an intimate and unforgettable evening in a twinkling, light-filled gazebo serenaded by the ocean’s music. Our Red Seal Chef, Nick Shaw, will create a fresh-from-the-sea meal you’ll remember fondly for years to come paired with wines that draw out the local flavours of our region. We are also happy to accommodate any food preferences you may have. After dinner, wander over to one of our fire pits, sit back and enjoy the stars. *You can choose to do have your Bay of Fundy Feast on any day during your stay as long as we know in advance to secure your dinner reservation.

Take a stroll down to the harbour and walk through our historic covered bridges. Stop in at Octopus Ice Cream for your complimentary ice cream cones right on the wharf and experience the sights and sounds of the vibrant wildlife and shoreline activity as boats, lobster fisherman, and Sandpipers come and go with the the ever-changing tides. Come to our quaint little harbour and see fishing boats sitting on the ocean floor at low tide. Periwinkle Picnic Our tradition of family picnics goes way back, so we know exactly what you need for a day of exploring Salmon River, the Fundy Trail Parkway, or the beach for a relaxing day by the ocean. Scrumptious, mouth-watering, and full of thoughtful details, Chef Nick Shaw will delight your senses with an easy meal to grab and go! Add a lovely bottle of wine to really create a special moment.* Wave Goodbye Take a final photo in front of the Bay of Fundy, search for a wish rock, make a wish and wave goodbye until next time!

The fine print: The Bay of Fundy Experience is $495 for two, plus your choice of room. This experience is designed for two people, but can be transformed to handle from 1 to 32.
